I have had my mothers things stored here since 3/2020. Recently, due to some family miscommunication the unit defaulted and I had no idea. Her things could of been sold at auction and I'd of never known. Thankfully, the manager, Timothy, reached out to me immediately to inform me of what had been transpiring. If not for him, his quick thinking and genuine concern for his tenants, and for people for that matter, I'd of never known her things were at risk. This would of been devastating. People really change when someone passes. I'm filled with so much gratitude that we chose this storage facility and that I had the privilege of working with Timothy to rectify this situation. Such a professional and caring manager. I hope corporate truly sees the asset they have here at the Mesa location. He represents the company and true human decency with such grace. Great face for the company. It's a shame he isn't in corporate to be honest. These are the type of employees you want on the front line with customers.
